Today I learned about automation through the Google Arcade Program by completing the lab Conversational Agents: Bot Building Basics. This helped me understand how chatbot automation works in real systems. I learned how bots identify user requests, respond based on intents, and manage conversation flows efficiently. I also explored how conversational agents can be used for business purposes such as customer support, appointment booking, and WhatsApp automation systems. This learning showed me that automation is not only about coding, but also about designing smart workflows that save time and improve user experience. It was a valuable hands-on experience that improved my understanding of AI-powered bot systems and cloud-based automation.
